I currently have a six week old baby, so that is what I show in this tutorial. I also love to wrap my older babies as well. Perhaps I will share a tutorial on that when Micah gets a little older!

Every newborn wants to be held close, around the clock. Sure makes it hard for a new mama to get the dishes and laundry done. Also, who wants to take a fussy baby to the store or out with friends?!

Since I exclusively nurse my babies until at least six months, I can’t leave the house without them. With babywearing, that doesn’t bother me at all! I just wrap them up, and they feel like they are still in the womb. Comfy and happy!

With five kids, babywearing is the only way I can keep up with all my kiddos, and homemaking responsibilities, without losing my sanity.

I absolutely love my wraps, and don’t know how I would do life without them!

With my other babies I used the Moby Wrap. The tying, and wearing, process is the exact same. But, I really prefer the weight of the Boba Baby wrap. It is hardly heavier than just a regular T-shirt. Since I wear my wrap all day, so I can slip the baby in and out as needed, this lightweight wrap is my favorite yet!

I hope this tutorial was helpful for you. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments below.

  3. Kat Trainito on February 23, 2022 at 10:48 pm

I feel like my babies legs r crunched up and uncomfortable

  4. InfectedSanitie on February 23, 2022 at 10:50 pm

This way looks so much easier and so much more comfortable, for me and the baby, then the way I was thought thank you so much!! I was told to fold it in half long ways then do these steps, without the legs part. I was always concerned with my babies legs being uncomfortable the original way I was taught but not this way thank you!!

Thank you for the quick tutorial did it while my baby was fussy and she is now calm and I’m able to do some light house work with her on me.

  11. Tammy Johnson on February 23, 2022 at 11:01 pm

I had those bulky baby swaddles with buckles and Seams that dug in your skin. This is so nice, baby becomes one with you.🤗

  12. Rachel Duty on February 23, 2022 at 11:01 pm

When you have a screaming baby and you’re trying to figure this out this is wayyyyyy too long and wordy omg. I suggest watching this when they’re calm because sheesh

  14. efriazga on February 23, 2022 at 11:06 pm

I have tried so many times to wrap my baby. I’ve watched this video and many others dozens of times. I cry out of frustration almost every time. I appreciate your kind words saying not to give up. I’ll try again tomorrow

  15. Hamzah Syifaul Haq on February 23, 2022 at 11:08 pm

Is this really safe for newborn? Try it but struggle because the baby cannot support his head yet.. 🤔
    Btw, my baby 2 months..

  16. Rhihann Williams on February 23, 2022 at 11:08 pm

Omg this video is PAINFULLY slow.

  17. Julie Stoll on February 23, 2022 at 11:09 pm

I’m trying to practice tying this while pregnant, which could be my issue, but I don’t feel very tight – everything seems pretty loose. Maybe it’s the baby belly?

  18. Faith Reyes on February 23, 2022 at 11:09 pm

Love this video! Thanks so much!

  19. Jordan Whitehead on February 23, 2022 at 11:09 pm

No matter how tight I make it, this doesn’t work for me as well. Why? I’m the dad and have no boobs lol

  20. Evah M. Gachanja on February 23, 2022 at 11:11 pm

  24. Lilly H on February 23, 2022 at 11:15 pm

Finally figured this out for my two week old little girl, thanks so much! 🙌

  25. Heidi Weber on February 23, 2022 at 11:15 pm

I love to wrap mine. Puts him to sleep and calms him when he’s fussy. But sometimes that’s a majority of the day. Is it safe ‘motor skills development wise’ to keep them wrapped a lot? I take little one out for feeding, diapers, etc. But he’s too young to "play" yet and gets fussy very fast.

  26. Nik G13 on February 23, 2022 at 11:17 pm

This looks brilliant I have a wrap and I’ve tried it once or twice but definitely haven’t taken the time to try and get it to fit right. Your one looks so light, mine is very thick and bulky. I’ll keep trying but may buy the one you have.
Thanks for the great video. I’ve got a 5 week old and I’m in the middle of moving house.. I’m desperate to have my hands free to get stuff done but to still have the baby close and give him all the cuddles he needs

Don’t see the point. Babies need to be independent from their mother. Cut THE CORD… CREEPY
