loved the video! Would love to know where you got that dainty flower ring you had on your middle finger! thank you!

  2. Milin Zhou on October 29, 2021 at 10:38 am

I absolutely love your video and really appreciate that you’re starting on a journey of sustainable fashion. But I just wanna point out that even with shopping second-hand or sustainable brands, you are still encouraging people to buy more clothes (instd of shopping consciously what’s necessary), which is ironically the opposite of sustainability. I’m not judging here because everyone should live as they want. Just food for thought.

    You’re too cute!!

  9. Yellow Rainbow on October 29, 2021 at 10:41 am

You missed the whole point of what people want to watch. A try on Haul is supposed to be you trying things on so people can see what you bought. You were so busy trying to convince people to buy old clothes that you missed the entertainment purposes of the video. Once again I feel a lack of effort on your part. You probably did not want to edit all that together because it’s too much work so consequently you showed a boring video where people can’t even see what you bought. What was the point? Just another public service announcement? Not entertainment. Not YouTube Worthy

I wish you tried on the items that you showed at home, I am curious how those Chloé pants and the oversized jumper look put on

  14. Elaine Ho on October 29, 2021 at 10:49 am

Re-fashion is a great online store for vintage and secondhand things which is sortable by size! Definitely recommend especially if you don’t have nice charity shops nearby 😀

  15. Julia S on October 29, 2021 at 10:50 am

Love that you are so into sustainable Fashion!! Once thing you might want to look into though is the fact that many designer brands are just as unsustainable as high street brands and pay workers horrible wages. Often times designers brands produce the items in the same countires and in similar conditions as brands like h&m. No critising you, because I think it is great that you are really putting alot of effort into being for eco friendly and I am not super knowledable about the topic either but that could actually also be a super interesting Video Idea. Are more expensive brand more sustainable? sorry for spelling and grammer mistakes; I’m from Germany.

  16. Shahira Sarudin on October 29, 2021 at 10:50 am

this is the kind of thrifting that everyone needs to watch ! instead of some weird styles which not everyone can cater .

  17. Niousha Yz on October 29, 2021 at 10:50 am

it would be nice if you would wear the clothes

  18. Eva Hálková on October 29, 2021 at 10:52 am

Hi Niomi, thank you for encouraging people to go and try shopping vintage and think sustainable when it comes to fashion.

Honestly, I think your awesome sunglasses are the best part about this fashion-themed video! I’ve always loved circular sunglasses so I will definitely check out Saint Roche’s!

I’ve always bought a mix of old and new clothes. I still love to buy new things, but lately I’ve been making a real effort to donate an item for an item I buy, so I’m not increasing my wardrobe, just altering it.

  31. Crystal Chang on October 29, 2021 at 11:13 am

Love this! More guide to London please🙏🏻

  32. Ashley Reyes on October 29, 2021 at 11:14 am

I love vintage clothes. Unfortunately, As a plus sized girl it’s sometimes harder to find options that fit properly.

  33. Ellen McHugh on October 29, 2021 at 11:15 am

I am curious to know how this reconciles with your partnership with OASIS, and your line with Boots. I’d consider the messages inconsistent. It’s not about being perfect it’s about being consistent. You didn’t just buy a top from OASIS you joined with them to promote them which just seems a bit hmmmm
You come across as being really lovely but you seem overly defensive when you start videos with “I’m not perfect”. I’d welcome you specifically addressing these issues around brands inc Land Rover that you chose to partner with. I know you said the packaging on your Boots products was recyclable but people had some questions around the ingredients.

  34. Barbara Łucka on October 29, 2021 at 11:16 am

Next time mention the prices and addresses of shops!!!!

  35. Em on October 29, 2021 at 11:16 am

Didn’t quite appreciate the fact that Niomi referred to midi/maxi clothing items as granny- ish. I wear skirt and dress below the knee due to religious reasons. That comment was definitely uncalled for and insensitive of her. Disappointed :/

  36. Nafisah Atcha on October 29, 2021 at 11:16 am

Love this! I was in the area on Saturday and completely missed Retro Women! doh! (Also side note, the Oxfam store on Portobello Road is my favourite place to pick up second-hand books and DVDs. I went in and found some Caitlin Moran and Zadie Smith <3

  37. Adda Espinoza on October 29, 2021 at 11:17 am

Beautiful outfits, please the adress Where you buy jewerly???, Hugs 💋

  38. alex goodwin on October 29, 2021 at 11:17 am

You need to look into designer brands more they use child labour too and burn millions of pounds worth of products each year

  39. Lena Marie on October 29, 2021 at 11:21 am

It’s so great that you’re putting out videos about sustainability! Thank you. I actually think second hand is the most sustainable way of buying clothes, however it doesn’t solve one problem: A lot of the items are made of synthetic materials and when you wash them, microplastic will polute the water you use. However (luckily) some firms out there have created bags that you can put your items in before washing them, and they filter out the microplastic 🙂 This is not an easy journey and if we all help each other out and learn from each other we have a better chance of winning this fight ♥

  40. Jennifer Johns on October 29, 2021 at 11:22 am

Your makeup is wonderful. Its light and brightens your face. It make you look beautiful with out being heavy. And thanks for the guide to second hand shopping.

What’s wrong with being a granny? Stop being an ageist goon. You should be blocked from YouTube. MIND YOUR language.

THANK YOU! This is just what I needed to continue my sustainability journey. I just didn’t know what parts of London to shop in, or any specific shops and now I can use this video as a little catalogue, somewhere to start. Love this, love you!

  48. Didi T Z Zuhuri on October 29, 2021 at 11:35 am

When you said the Chloe trousers cost £60… Wish you said £16. Altho it’s cheaper to most ppl, that to me is super expensive. I would never spend more than £20 for trousers especially if they’re sustainable trousers. Great video tho!

  49. Alexander Gegantoca on October 29, 2021 at 11:35 am

    You rock!!!

  50. David on October 29, 2021 at 11:35 am

You found clothes that are being sold as current fashions in a charity shop? Liar.
