    Joann stores do sell the snap tape as of Aug 2020! They come packaged by the Dritz brand in white or black tapes and the buttons are spaced a little more between than what I see here in the video. You can also sometimes find it in the choose-your-cut section of ribbons and trims. I believe it’s also Dritz brand but you can get more or less tape than the packaged one. I’ve seen white and black there too.
