so glad so much is rolling over, especially since many of us didn’t get to wear our clothes out and about the last two years

  2. Mybagoftheday on March 28, 2022 at 5:42 pm

I want me something with cut outs. I love the edgyness but am not comfortable with the skintightness.

  3. Imperial Greatness on March 28, 2022 at 5:43 pm

I thought I’m seeing more of saturated colors this fall

  4. catherine Marks on March 28, 2022 at 5:45 pm

Sheer, fringe, blush, knits, cut outs- Yes!
However, I really like the split toe shoes. So good for people with dancers bunions. I will try a Tabby split toe even though you stated in another vid you think they are ugly.
I had a Japanese split toe barefoot running shoe I got compliments on all the time and loved.mine were cute Grey and cornflower blue sneakers

No to puffer coats, denim on denim, sequins and fringe. Horrible season ahead. At least we have knit vests.

  7. ailene30 on March 28, 2022 at 5:48 pm

I know where to shop Canadian tuxedo in my old closet.

    Great tips and suggestions 😍👏🏾👌🏾

  9. allison Bennett on March 28, 2022 at 5:50 pm

I feel like it’s fair to wear the fur pieces you already own, but don’t support the fur industry. Wearing vintage fur is fine.

  10. M L R on March 28, 2022 at 5:50 pm

Fur: faux is microplastic issue however the Real Cruelty/Morality issue of Natural fur is the treatment of the Workers growing & processing animals for pelts. Given how wet the winter is going to be in Toronto this year I wouldn’t sweat avoiding Fur , Faux or otherwise

  11. Cláudia Kalkbrenner on March 28, 2022 at 5:50 pm

Can’t wait for cold weather and cosy knitwear! I did wear long puffer coats in my teenage years, so NO! 😅

  12. K R on March 28, 2022 at 5:52 pm

Are brown faux leather pants in style this fall winter?

  13. Susan Meier on March 28, 2022 at 5:52 pm

Old fur (vintage) look kinda bad and sorry but "poor" like a homeless viking. I think it will downgrade a nice outfit.

  14. Martine Shamzin on March 28, 2022 at 5:55 pm

Gotta say, cut outs are going to look so dated in one year, Im not even considering them. As for faux fur or in fact any other, I have it all figured out. Im buying it vintage. Its better made anyhow, and its less wasteful. Also, blush tones and lavender were much more last year or the year before that, maybe like 2019. But now we are seeing the super saturated, bright colors like fascia, bright green, bright blue, purple, tangerine orange. Not pastels and near neutrals so much any longer.

  15. Ladybugmom on March 28, 2022 at 5:55 pm

What did I just watch. None of those are real world clothing.

  16. Bobby G on March 28, 2022 at 5:56 pm

I hope this resonates with someone out there…The anti fur movement is only as prevalent as it is because it’s something that is worn by mostly women.
There’s no difference between fur, leather, silk, or wool. Fun ethical fashion for all ✊

  17. Rachel Z on March 28, 2022 at 5:59 pm

I’d never wear fur (fur farms are beyond cruel), but I have thought about getting a faux fur coat. There are a few brands that create their coats using recycled single-use plastics or unique, sustainable materials.

Grey nope not my color either but I do wear it sometimes! Makes me look sad lol

  22. Blake Kesh on March 28, 2022 at 6:05 pm

Wear the fur. I love fur, it’s a shame that Canada goose stopped. Idk how they are going to stay in business.
I will never pay 4,000 dollars for a plastic imitation jacket. It’s silly. It’s plastic and it has no intrinsic value.
Edit: if you wear leather in anyway, you have no leg to stand on in the argument.

  23. Christine Maci on March 28, 2022 at 6:06 pm

Anyone who lives in moderately cold climate will not be participating in the see through trend. Sorry but I’m out. Cute in theory, but I hate the cold.

Last year I bought a “humane fur” coat from Danish brand RAVN. They shear wool from a sheep and then back it with something like a scuba material. You get the wind break from the backer and the soft feel of real wool. I think my coat is beautiful and it’s the warmest coat I have.

  25. jayme peddycoart on March 28, 2022 at 6:06 pm

Women need to pushback on these horrible clothes. Designers are showing clothes that women cannot wear at work and socially. Cutouts and sheer is to revealing. Fur and Fringe is cute.

  26. Jess S on March 28, 2022 at 6:07 pm

My mom is into fashion . We arent rich but she knows how to shop for deals on cheaper clothing sites not designer. We used to trade clothes but now i gained so much weight after having a baby. I hate my stomach ughhhh….

  27. Stella Bonin on March 28, 2022 at 6:07 pm

I unsubscribed I don’t tolerate people that wear fur.

Fur is an interesting subject for sure. If you were to ask me whether or not I supported fur even last year, I would have said “absolutely not”. But there is not a sustainable fur alternative to real fur and since I’m neither a vegan nor a vegetarian, I decided to go with the same method I do when cooking. Respect the animal: make it quick, and use it all. I’m not incredibly drawn to furs myself but if I stared seeking them out I would stick to vintage furs, that animal is long since gone.

Love crisp Fall .. and I’m working on my closet however it’s 106 outside and fires all over California.. but I’m trying to get organized! Love your videos 💕👑💫

  31. theFLAME on March 28, 2022 at 6:11 pm

just got a fringe shirt and a pink faux fur vest so yay. also got a sorta sheer dress with a sheer slip layers of sorta sheer. agree about fast fashion. yet thinking that shopping is like a replacement of hunt / kill / haul in the carcass of yesteryear. is it human to play in the world like that? plus i always share my excess on places like real real where people can really find amazing deals. i’m trying to make peace with my shopping after years of feeling guilty, i’ve accepted it. it’s fine i’m a lady i like whole new outfits. also it helps that the female rappers celebrate it so much now that it’s a relief to celebrate the joy of wearable art and the creativity of it.

  32. 2000_NLate on March 28, 2022 at 6:12 pm

So agree on the sheer, it can look so romantic even a bit kitschy but you cross the line you lose the mystery. Stan Chanel RTW too my vtg tortoise shades in Swarovski CC are timeless. Discreet yet undeniable, Chanel. 🌐

  38. Dina Charlayne on March 28, 2022 at 6:17 pm

The see- thru style isn’t good, but we got booty shorts n’ those sheers may go good over those in a way. We got some sheer tees. We love to do the booty dancing. The fabrics can be fun for some of the sheers like that we get into fabrics interesting fabrics coz it can be fun. But we’re trying to figure out what our own personal style is. Workin’ on that. But that’s kinda what they wore under some of those. So it helps style the booty shorts, but it seems to be a weird style overall. Fun over booty shorts though maybe to help dress them up.

Thank for all your recearch 👍 and the way you are editing, so inspiring, i just love to wacht you. Love from DK, the land where Ganni come from😉🤓🥳❤️❤️❤️

  40. Miss Supreme on March 28, 2022 at 6:17 pm

I’m glad you addressed faux fur but there’s absolutely no way that faux fur is less sustainable than the resources and waste it takes to breed and raise animals to kill them just for for their fur, let alone the moral implications. I really like ur commentary on fashion

  41. Celeste Collinsworth on March 28, 2022 at 6:19 pm

You got me curious about the Canadian Tuxedo, so I obviously Googled it. And lemme tell you, it’s nothing like I was expecting! In 1951, Bing Crosby was denied entry into a hotel in Vancouver because he was "too dressed down" in a denim shirt and jeans. So, Levi’s designed him a full a*s tuxedo made out of denim, so nobody could say he wasn’t dressed up enough again! Hence, the Canadian Tuxedo was born!! I feel like that’s kind of a big eff you to Canada tho, right?

  42. Gail Whisby on March 28, 2022 at 6:20 pm

Loving the cutouts and edits….HILARIOUS 🤪Great video❣️Keep them coming 🥰

  43. Sarah on March 28, 2022 at 6:22 pm

I bought a really inexpensive fur from a thrift store and later found out it is made of rabbit. Super torn on whether to keep it or not.

  44. Tace Doherty on March 28, 2022 at 6:25 pm

The thing is as much as you say your sustainable you really aren’t, there are SO many factors that go into it and until ALL of those things are addressed you’re not actually sustainable…….

  45. Geeti Malhotra on March 28, 2022 at 6:28 pm

I love fur but yeah I think we should say no to it

  46. Jennie Tourville on March 28, 2022 at 6:28 pm

I too own some vintage furs and I do wear them quite regularly. My feeling is they are indeed very warm and I may be the 3rd or 4th generation getting use out of them. It makes more sense from a sustainability point of view. Certainly, I wouldn’t buy a new fur as I abhor animal cruelty, but these pieces were produced years ago and why discard and waste them only to buy new coats of any materials that produces new carbon footprints?

  47. Ingrid Leask on March 28, 2022 at 6:28 pm

The fur question is tough but I am married to a hunter and often hear his perspective on our relationship with our food and clothing. If he kills a deer, he often tans the hide and we use it for clothing. We also eat the whole deer and even use its bones for broth. I am not comfortable with the farming of animals for fur. For some reason these two scenarios are different and I think it has to do with respect for the animal. I think we also forget that leather is skin! If you’re not ok with real fur but you have leather seats in your car, belt or shoes, why is one ok and not the other?

With that said, I understand why people don’t eat meat or don’t want to use animal products.

    Great Channel thank you!

  49. Hadar Esther on March 28, 2022 at 6:34 pm

    Love grey with pink

  50. Tara on March 28, 2022 at 6:35 pm

Yay for slow fashion… and wear that vintage fur! I feel like trashing these pieces is a disservice to fashion history and I don’t want to feel like the animal died in vain lol
