Fashion Trends That Need to Die in 2020
Today we’re talking all about fashion trends that need to go away. These are a few trends that are not really my thing and things that I don’t think have any longevity either. As someone who appreciates a more minimalistic and timeless wardrobe, these are fashion trends that I find to be the opposite and a little more out there. I hope you enjoy the video and let me know which fashion trends are not your thing either!

    I agree about logos.

  2. Joyce H on October 2, 2021 at 7:54 am

Agreeeee with everything you pointed out. 😆 maybe I’m not “fashion“ enough to get it.

  3. Amber Bobay on October 2, 2021 at 7:54 am

Lmaoooo there’s a tiny purse trend!?!?!? That’s hilariously terrible. They look ridiculous but I feel like you’ll only see this in big cities.

  4. Julie Barnard on October 2, 2021 at 7:55 am

I could not agree more with this!! All of these trends are so lame! 🤣

  5. A T on October 2, 2021 at 7:56 am

So agree re: logo overload. It screams nouveau riche. I hate the other trends you mentioned too. Those tiny handbags look so stupid and so impractical.

  6. Ashley W on October 2, 2021 at 7:59 am

I think a lot of the trends that you listed are apart of the streetstyle aesthetic. As you mentioned, your style is more classic so it’s not a big surprise that you don’t care for these items.

  7. L W on October 2, 2021 at 7:59 am

I totally agree with all that you listed. You spoke my mind. All the trends you mentioned are unflattering unless you’re an alien

  8. Ashley S on October 2, 2021 at 8:00 am

Sad that I love chunky sneakers and they make my feet look so small.

  9. Gina Steighner on October 2, 2021 at 8:00 am

I feel the same way about tiny bags.

  10. _inf lection on October 2, 2021 at 8:05 am

I love me some chunky filas , they’re like combat boots but more comfortable;)

  11. Carolina Lopez Baena on October 2, 2021 at 8:06 am

Great video! Totally agree and thanks for the subtitles! 👏✅

  12. Phoebe Gunning on October 2, 2021 at 8:06 am

Please please explain how you got your hair in those awesome waves? I have fine, wavy hair that’s prone to frizz and I’m really trying to minimise using heat styling tools!

  13. Laurynn on October 2, 2021 at 8:08 am

Super super long nails with lots of decorations, little stones or pearls on them. What’s that?! 😱

  14. Jeanne Snodgrass on October 2, 2021 at 8:12 am

Loved this video and agree with all of these especially the chunky sneakers!💕

  15. KarmaGirlDreams on October 2, 2021 at 8:12 am

I personally find chunky sneakers slimming for my legs. It could be the extra height it gives. Other than that, I agree with you 🙂

  16. Ellen van dijk on October 2, 2021 at 8:14 am

I hate that all jeans and trousers are ankle lenght or cropt now. I normaly already have a hard time finding jeans that are long anough and now it is almost impossible pff. It really looks silly on me. Like I’m gooing fishing or something.

  17. Elizabeth Start on October 2, 2021 at 8:15 am

Love Neon. But not head to toe. Looks great with a tan.

  18. Irene Cutillas on October 2, 2021 at 8:15 am

    Shoulder pads must die!!!!!

  19. CNJ on October 2, 2021 at 8:16 am

Absolutely agree with you… Some trends are so weird… Don’t understand them… Some are so impractical and defeats the purpose they are made for… And some are just plain ugly…

  20. EJ Huang on October 2, 2021 at 8:20 am

this is the exact copy of fashion mumblr video posted in december so nothing new here

  21. Silvia Maria on October 2, 2021 at 8:22 am

I am so with you here. Chuncky Sneakers?! worst "Trend" ever! Neon is for kids, if somebody would ask me. Kids love everything bright and colorful so… besides neon yellow, the other colors shouldn’t be worn by a grown woman I think. And I would never pay for a top with the Logo of a fashion brand all over it. They should pay me for wearing it instead. And the last one I can’t even remember anymore. But I do know, that I haven’t seen it in Austria.

  22. Ami Krenzel on October 2, 2021 at 8:22 am

I have been reevaluating my Summer wardrobe for this year. I was sewing a lot during the shelter in place and finally settled on i do not need anything new and am happy to just wear what I have. My plans for Fall are very comfortable with a few new corduroy pants, all about comfort and casual……..not going out so why add trendy stuff just for fashion. I totally agree with your evaluation of trends that need to go………those shoes are so weird and I don’t get it.

  23. Raquel kutsch on October 2, 2021 at 8:22 am

    Fully agree on all points!

  24. Evi Ozyra on October 2, 2021 at 8:23 am

This Kim K Body Style, unnatural small waist&big butt, did you know that you can have an operation to have a body like her? Fucking crazy!! I wish the more natural trend would come back, no big eyelashes/lips/fake nails, its awful.
And that nude short leggins and nude bra top thing, it looks like you are naked.

  25. Betânia Campos on October 2, 2021 at 8:23 am

Am I the only one who gets Cobie Smulders vibe from her?

  26. Vera Michaella on October 2, 2021 at 8:24 am

Omg you are so right! The sneakers NEED TO GO!!!!

  27. Sabiha Pia on October 2, 2021 at 8:24 am

I would like to add overly chaped hairstyles

  28. MsGreenApples on October 2, 2021 at 8:26 am

The Russian speaking blogger agreed with you on the tiny bags. She said they’re crazy.

  29. Rhelda Estenson on October 2, 2021 at 8:27 am

Bike shorts!! Never got them in the 90’s when it was a trend and still don’t get them now unless you are a cyclist.

  30. K Pages on October 2, 2021 at 8:27 am

Tie dye is also in style and I honestly think it should go, tie dye gives me a childish persona

  31. Carien Spagnuolo on October 2, 2021 at 8:30 am

I hate the tie dye trend, honestly looks like you’re wearing something you made in arts and crafts when you were nine 😂. I don’t get it!

  32. Laura on October 2, 2021 at 8:33 am

Ripped jeans, I mean why? Just why?

  33. Buddhababe on October 2, 2021 at 8:33 am

    Agree 100%!

  34. Rachael D. on October 2, 2021 at 8:35 am

The chunky white sneakers work if you’re a nurse or on you’re feet all day. They have a thick sole so you won’t have foot pain and these shoes come with a lot of traction so you won’t slip. Other than that, I didn’t see a purpose for them at first.

  35. Shrestha Roy on October 2, 2021 at 8:35 am

I agree with you completely. Even I hate the four trends you mentioned

  36. Boom Boom Boom Boom on October 2, 2021 at 8:36 am

A lot of these claims are about non practical trends and I have to agree. Non-practical trends I feel, end up being pretty anti poor

  37. N D on October 2, 2021 at 8:37 am

It seems that trend bashing is something of a trend itself. Not a fan of that one either 😉

  38. Sarah Pryor on October 2, 2021 at 8:38 am

I personally have super tiny feet so chunky sneakers just look very normal sized on me and I love it

  39. Debbi C on October 2, 2021 at 8:40 am

    Super oversized sweaters.

  40. Mariah Tahmisian on October 2, 2021 at 8:40 am

I typically wear a 10 or even 11 in sneakers so the chunky sneakers are a definite no even if I liked them but I don’t lol.

  41. Katherine C on October 2, 2021 at 8:40 am

It feels like the eighties are back? I’m afraid. Head to toe acid washed denim anyone? LOL lived through the eighties and it was lots of fun but no desire to go back.

  42. Raquel G on October 2, 2021 at 8:40 am

    Totally agree with you!

  43. 833firefly on October 2, 2021 at 8:41 am

the 2000’s thong out of pants trend, god whyy?

  44. Biahhy Silva on October 2, 2021 at 8:42 am

These sneakers give me a certain agony for their size, maybe it’s because I have a more romantic style so it doesn’t suit me at all. These pieces full of logo, I think, that attract attention but not necessarily for me in a beautiful or interesting way; these very small bags to me look like a Barbie or polly pocket universe 😂

  45. Magdalena P. on October 2, 2021 at 8:47 am

Chunky sneaker schould stay! They are not to work out, but to walk around a whole day they are the best! And I think they look special 💖 I have one pair and it’s the most comfortable shoe I own. The other stuff can go away for ever 😋

  46. that.girl. Devi on October 2, 2021 at 8:47 am

OMG I never liked the all-over-logo look. I always thought people looked like a walking billboard too!

  47. Alexa Hernandez on October 2, 2021 at 8:49 am

Finally someone says something about the unnecessarily tiny bags! Lol

  48. Leyla Xamedova on October 2, 2021 at 8:51 am

Finally)) my husband loves the chunky sneakers, he has three pairs and wears them all the time. He has been persuading me to buy a pear since day one. I just don’t understand why I would with size 40 feet ))) duh, most of the times I wear shoes to HIDE how big they are. I mean why would I want to emphasize that????

  49. A. C. D. on October 2, 2021 at 8:53 am

For me it will be the hotpans where you can see the buttcheeks looking out 🙈 they are too short for a pant

  50. paraplyen on October 2, 2021 at 8:53 am

I agree with everything except for the tiny bags. They’re so cute! Impractical, yes, but they’re not worn for practicality. Love how Nina Sandbech on instagram styles her’s. Anyway, so here for the big logos to go away.
