Unsuitable advice for a south east asian. Mainly for businessmen and not for the average joe. He needs to use some real-world people and give advice.

I’m 32 and to be honest I still dress like I’m 22. In fact now that I’m earning, I’m dressing the way I wish I could when I was younger.

I need to mature my wardrobe. But when I’m not dressed like a 20yr old, I’m dressed like a 50yr old. Straight up dad’drobe

Hi Antonio. I love the videos. I have an idea for a video inspired by this one. What about a series of similar videos that are dedicated to the different regions in America. For instance I’m 52 years old and live in Georgia. Maybe one video that deals with how different age groups should dress in the southeast, another dealing with the Midwest, another dealing with the northeast, etc. Keep up the good work!

A couple of years ago when I used to work in IT I wore ties and dress shirts. My colleagues thought it was weird or that I tried to advance by looking "smart". I just like ties, that’s all. I like to dress up.

  9. Chinnikkuman on May 11, 2022 at 7:43 pm

It’s more to do with body type and location. Stallone or James Corden in shorts and T shirt? Ken Shamrock or Kevin Steen in a tank top?

  10. Peter Roberts on May 11, 2022 at 7:44 pm

I would say dress to your attributes, you may of noticed there are men, though Not young, but still have youth,I mean a 40 something year old guy with a baby face and six pack(the actor Jared Leto),probably isn’t going to dress like a old dude,I’ve known guys in their 30s that look 22,and there are guys in their 30s that look way old, flabby dad bod etc,in this era the same rules don’t apply,er Brad Pitt or Will Smith are still have six and eight packs,a youthfulness plays a part in how you may choose to dress..The World isn’t the same as it was in decades past….I understand you try to give advice, but your ideas are a little out of date..

  11. Shane Colquhoun on May 11, 2022 at 7:45 pm

I’m 48 and only started to dress a little sharper and your advise has gone a long way and I appreciate it thank you

I decided from today on to change my style, I’m in my late 20s (26 almost 27) and I’ve noticed that my style seems to fit early 20s young men and teens much better, I’m switching to classic and formal styles as a Business Administration masters Student 🙋🏻‍♂️❤️
Thank you for helping me out ❤️

What would you recommend for a mid-late 30, obese, software engineer, to help transition working from home to go back to office/travel as an IT consultant?

  16. Mochiii on May 11, 2022 at 7:51 pm

What is the dress code? Eastern european highschool, madness.
    Societal expectations? Probably none lol
Weather? Well this isnt something fixed so no answer
    Body type? Bodyguard
What i want my clothing to express? That i’m an aspiring law/business student (actual life goals)

Yeah…I recently started wearing way more ‘elevated’ stuff because 1. i genuinely got compliments, 2. i feel very good while wearing them and id bet ppl think im more than a 17 yo student, 3. dudes in my friend group started calling me Mr. President lmao

  17. Unknown Ninja on May 11, 2022 at 7:52 pm

more like dress from the decade you’re from tbh

  18. James H on May 11, 2022 at 7:54 pm

Most men wear suit/trousers+shirt+tie or a work uniform their working lives. By the time they are 40, they have wore that outfit 5 days per week for the best part of 2 decades.

The last thing they want to do is ‘dress their age’ which essentially means to go out in public like they have been doing day in day out since they started working.

It should be the opposite & they finally get to dress down & be more comfy as they age. A suit, dress shirt+tie should only be for special occasions. Shorts & t-shirts to lounge about the house, garden for their days off, while jeans/chino & a casual shirt/polo if they are going to something semi-official.

The dressing up as they get older gentleman schtick went out with people’s grandfathers.

0:10 Instantly thought of Tony Hawk 😁

  41. Brad G. on May 11, 2022 at 8:21 pm

The issue with the casual t-shirt picture comparing the 20 and 50 year old is that the 20yo t-shirt fit him where the 50yo was wearing a wrinkled baggy t-shirt. This was not a proper comparison. When it comes to clothing, regardless of age, the fitting of the clothing is king.

  42. Daniel Peer on May 11, 2022 at 8:22 pm

I don’t subscribe to a difference in dress as you age. If it looks bad at 20, it’s bad at 50. And, visa versa. It you can "pull it off," it’s just that you good and whatever clothes look better on a better looking person.

  43. sutats on May 11, 2022 at 8:23 pm

    I am 35 but I love suits 😐

  47. Sean Ferguson on May 11, 2022 at 8:24 pm

I like what you showed of John Henric’s line but I’m a tall, skinny guy and proper fit is always a challenge. With all the non-essential stores closed for months (Toronto) trying on pieces before I buy hasn’t been an option, but I really want to up my game for the summer.

  48. Xikma product Som on May 11, 2022 at 8:29 pm

Hi what will I get if I join in and pay 19 pr month 🤔🙂?

  49. Mark Cook on May 11, 2022 at 8:29 pm

I’m 40 and I wear casual clothing. Not everyone wants to go about their day wearing suits! And f society. Wear what you feel comfortable in and other people should mind their own business as to what you "should" wear! People should concentrate on their own lives and not other people’s.

  50. Brandy Reviews By Aaron on May 11, 2022 at 8:31 pm

Can’t tell you how many 50+ year olds dress like its high school … and they got drunk over the weekend, slept in their clothes … clothes they haven’t bought since high school. Then they complain women aren’t interested. Um, well, you look like a kid and a bum. At 50 this is the best you’ve accomplished? (Personally, I’m in my 40’s and if I’m wearing clothes that look like they come from the 1930’s its a good day for me. You won’t see me in t-shirts except at home, and then I change to go out even to the grocery store. I love that era and I get complimented constantly, even from coworkers who have known me for years. Plus, it make me feel good about myself.)
