Thanks for sharing sites you trust Kim, that helps. I was wondering if anyone has tried shopping from "threadup"? I’ve heard mixed results.

Great ideas for websites but I rarely buy clothing or shoes online because I can’t try things on and see them in person. Also, all of the websites you talked about are really expensive! I couldn’t buy something expensive online not knowing how it truly fits on me

Haaa I go to shop bop and see $300 jeans. That’s affordable? Pass. Sorry I won’t finish your video. Maybe I’m the wrong audience for what you are trying to show your subscribers

I am such a fan of TheRealReal!! Almost half my wardrobe contains items purchased from there. All of my DVF wrap dresses and tops are from there. Just love it. I have looked at the other sites but continually return to TheRealReal. It is so amazing.

Hi Kim, what are your thoughts about ThredUp? Personally, I have had the best luck shopping for clothing by my favourite designers. Their filters make it easy to find what I’m looking for.

  16. Justme on October 11, 2021 at 9:44 am

Thanks for this. Another question for you…what do you know about all of the scam sites, like JustFashionNow, Nocora and others? Any ideas where they get their photos from? I’d like to order from the real designers, and not knock offs. Thanks again.

This was great! Thanks for all the info.

I guess if you are living in California or New York you are wearing these items. That 80% off site still had things 500+. For the rest of us in middle America we don’t dress or shop this way. Not trying to be negative because I do enjoy watching your channel. Do you have suggestions on affordable clothing? I like watching you discuss casual styles and have learned a lot from you.

  20. Jennifer Adler on October 11, 2021 at 9:49 am

Thanks Kim! You inspired me to clean out my closet! I just got rid of 4 trashbags of stuff I haven’t worn in years. Now I need to go shopping!! 🙂

  21. Debbie Daniel on October 11, 2021 at 9:50 am

I always learn so much from you! Heading onto Shopbop!

  22. Eloise Foss on October 11, 2021 at 9:51 am

Have you ever used shein? Because I hear good and bad things from it so I was wondering what you thought of it.

  23. Kimberly Perrotis on October 11, 2021 at 9:52 am

Dear Kim, I would love a similar video pointing out the best online sources for natural-fiber clothing (I include rayon/viscose/lyocell because they are man-made from plant fibers, not synthetic). I just can’t wear any synthetic fibers, I have a problem with frequent overheating, and my clothes, and even shoes, must all be breathable. Reasonably priced options would be great, like one of my favorites, Likysilk. Thanks for considering my request, lots of your viewers are peri- or menopausal (it can start in late 30s, as it did for me), and, I think would be widely appreciated by many, including those who only buy natural fibers for other reasons, like many very young women.

Thank you Kim! I love Fridays as I get new videos from you!! 🙂

  25. Laura Groves on October 11, 2021 at 9:54 am

I like all these sites, but living in Europe I would say Shopbop is kind of a pain for returns. Flat rate 60 euros is a lot if you only bought a pair of jeans. MyTheresa and Net-a-Porter, along with The Outnet, are among the easiest. ASOS is good too for affordable pieces and they have brands that otherwise aren’t available where I am such as & Other Stories.

  26. Krystal on October 11, 2021 at 9:55 am

Kim, I’ve been purchasing from Poshmark for years, but sometimes, what I think will fit me doesn’t. How do I measure my body correctly to get my accurate measurements? Thanks for your help 😊👍🏻✨

  27. Lou Tenant on October 11, 2021 at 9:55 am

Ouch. These way too expensive for me.

venzifit has done great for me though. when i shop on venzifit, i dont regret it because the sizes has a chart and a difference range

  30. marysol zetina on October 11, 2021 at 10:00 am

500 usd is affordable?? are you crazy? This kind of pages only make the normal hard working person feel terrible. You youtubers with no morals only want to sell and make the rich richer and the poor more poor. SHAME ON YOU!

  31. Sarah Luv Burkhardt on October 11, 2021 at 10:02 am

Are luxury brands the only brands that make high quality clothing?

  32. Kimberly Perrotis on October 11, 2021 at 10:03 am

Thanks for all these vendor suggestions, I saved this video and will check out the lower-cost range ones (champagne taste, water budget, not even beer budget right now). How timely was this video, right before lockdown! (I started self-isolating around this date.).

  33. Nick Son on October 11, 2021 at 10:03 am

Thanks for the info!!! I am on a low-buy year in 2020 so all those sites are out for me the moment. Can you recommend any online thrift/vintage shops that ship internationally?

  34. Hanf Lieu on October 11, 2021 at 10:03 am

    Wonderful info. Loved

  35. Kim on October 11, 2021 at 10:04 am

Speaking of jewelry.. could you tell me where your hoop earrings are from? been looking for a quality pair in that same size your wearing in this video:) thanks!

  36. Denise Younger on October 11, 2021 at 10:04 am

What are your thoughts on Poshmark? I’ve been using it and I wonder if it’s good buys

  37. Rachelle Ensor on October 11, 2021 at 10:05 am

So there’s this one youtuber that i found because she had this awesome idea & it brought her so many new subscribers! I wld b interested in getting "your take" on these things.

  38. Ruth K on October 11, 2021 at 10:05 am

It would help if you mentioned the size range available at each site. I’m a plus size, and don’t want to go look at clothes that will never fit me.

  39. Lori DeMars on October 11, 2021 at 10:08 am

Would like you to do another video featuring sites to buy everyday clothing on and not designer or luxury brands for us more practical people.:)

Shopbop? Who are these videos for and who tf can afford shopbop? 🙄

  43. Mixedandknot on October 11, 2021 at 10:09 am

I am familiar with all these sites, but did not know much about it beyond clothing/shoes/jewelry. You described each online shops to a T. Thanks

  44. Elizabeth Alarcón on October 11, 2021 at 10:10 am

YASSS!! This is how I’ve curated my designer closet. I check Fashionphile (also has an outlet and you can do layaway) and TheRealReal also when I’m looking for something specific. I scored a nice two-tone linen Balmain blazer for under $200 in a flash sale and a YSL black blazer (umm, where do you think I got the idea from 😜 ) for just a little over $100. Once in a while, you can find a good deal on Poshmark, but unfortunately, they only authenticate for items $500+ so I’m always leery of buying from there. Anyway, thanks for mentioning the new sites. 💸💸💸 Stay gorgeous. xo

  45. Nancy Anne Martin on October 11, 2021 at 10:10 am

What a great video! Sites I’d never heard of and you did the foot (finger?) work for me!

  46. Barbielove Naza on October 11, 2021 at 10:10 am

Way too expensive on this website for woman’s clothing 😬🤔👀 Now with this coronavirus and with the economic who can afford 300 pair of shorts no one 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  47. Minh Nguyen on October 11, 2021 at 10:14 am

Hey guys. I just found out this shop which has so many cute things. Surprisingly, their items so cheap due to their new operation. Discount until the end of June. Come check it out. Here is the link cutie: @t
