This guy know really knows how break it down. He is a superb teacher/coach. I teach Thai Boxing and I hope one day to be as good a coach as this guy. Thanks for the vids, they are instructional not only for the techniques but how to coach also.

It’s a pity that Russ and David split up, they were a great team. Best of luck to David though, he’s got power, now he just has to learn control and pacing.

  14. enigma562 on July 5, 2021 at 2:11 am

Sometimes in boxing, it’s helpful to have a wider stance. I do kickboxing and I have more of a squared stance. I think boxers can get away with having a side stance such as this one since they don’t worry about kicks.

Russ Anbar has been the most unsuccessful cdn olympic coaches. Canada has only sent one fighter to the olympics called Adam Trupish who was ko’d. Problem that Russ has no lateral ability in his stance but even worse he can’t even turn the hip over. Don’t learn from him.

  23. TheBoxingDonOD on July 5, 2021 at 2:26 am

People are saying that David Lemieux is the next Mike Tyson as he has a very good record of 28 wins, 27 of those 28 wins were by KO and only 2 losses.. THIS MAN IS DANGEROUS!

  24. Kamran M on July 5, 2021 at 2:29 am

@NumberZero999 also, these assholes can try searching the kids name on youtube ‘David lemieux’, and let’s see if they still think he sucks :L

  27. Miles McCoy on July 5, 2021 at 2:34 am

I notice that this guy’s fighters all have their legs spread too far apart like a bitch.

  28. DJPolution on July 5, 2021 at 2:36 am

he does look a bit off balanced.
looks like he might fall forward

hey rival box is there a reason for the wide and narrow stance?

  29. Stefan Blagojevic on July 5, 2021 at 2:39 am

its great, i learnt everything from his dvds…. only thing is that he say that Davids muscles memorized the movements… WHAT MUSCLES?? my hand is bigger than his legs! hahahah

I just started boxing, but my guy who is training me helped me with this move by phrasing it as "chambering your body back" from the jab for the right uppercut. coming back from the jab just enough with your body and moving your hips with that momentum in a way that is imperceptible to your opponent but giving you power for that uppercut. js, as a beginner, that was a good way for me to implement it. "chambering your body back".

  32. Vincent Lopez on July 5, 2021 at 2:44 am

This is how to properly use the force correctly in your punches. Boxing is the basics, then after that it’s all your own style, his teachings are correct and very good to shine and clean the basics.

Hey guys. Terrific film. My brother had been an overweight fella. He went from 284lbs of fat to 200 lbs of absolute lean muscle. I couldn’t believe it! I just joined myself because I would like to boost my entire body. He made use of the Muscle Building Bible (Look in Google)…
