This is one of the only times I felt it wasn’t weird being only around 4’9.

Hi, I’m 5,3 128lb with some abdominal issues I have a lot of bloating usually and I’ve had 2 C-sections and have never really been able to get rid of the small postpartum pooch so I kind of always look like I’m about 3 months Prego. I have a smaller chest and longer limbs (proportionally speaking compared to my body) I find it a little challenging with all this to even know what body shape I am. Could you give me some advice on outfits to make my stomach a little flatter and longer. I typically wear tucked in shirts and cardigans with some fit and flare dresses and monokini style swim to cover up my mid section pooch/Flab but I would like to have more options. Thank you ❤️

What do you think about maxi skirts/ dresses?

  18. LinaJanine on January 4, 2022 at 4:24 pm

5’2 here and I really recommend jeans from Monki because the leg is weirdly shorter than normal. I used to always have to cuff my jeans because they were too long but these fit me perfectly 🙂

Im 4’8 but not petite😥 my body is super curvy and thicc so searching for clothes is always hard, i have to buy clothes bigger than my actual size in certain clothing or its not gonna fit on my chest area.. I look like im drowning in my clothes most of the time😔

  20. catherine baring on January 4, 2022 at 4:27 pm

  23. Laurel S on January 4, 2022 at 4:30 pm

5’2" and 32DD here. You are literally the FIRST petite blogger with an hourglass shape I have found. All the others are rectangle shape (which is lovely) but those of us who are more chesty cannot wear the same looks. Please demonstrate more petite hourglass dressing!

  24. Yikko on January 4, 2022 at 4:30 pm

Hello! What do you mean by ‘exposed heel’ 8:35 ? As in an actual heel and not a platform/blocky heel?

  30. taekzi on January 4, 2022 at 4:38 pm

I hate being short bc I feel like a bunch of clothes don’t look good on me like they make me look stumpy like baggy jeans and it makes me soooo insecure but I’m happy to have those tips 🙂

  35. Sara Trejo on January 4, 2022 at 4:42 pm

It’s funny hearing some of these tips. I’ve been living in South Korea for a while now and short girls here do the exact opposite. Long skirts and long loose fitting coats are big here in the spring and fall. Since Korea is all about looking cute, the short girls rock the long skirts/dresses and coats. They look adorable.

  36. Jasmine Brown on January 4, 2022 at 4:42 pm

I don’t know why but I’ve always been insecure about my height, it’s one of my biggest insecurities. I’m the same height as you and watching your videos make me feel better

  37. Kim Ellis on January 4, 2022 at 4:47 pm

Hi there, Whete have you been all my life? I’m the same height as you, however, I have these stubborn love handles on my sides. What can I wear to take away from them and I have a short neck. Help!!

So glad I came across you I’m 4’11 as well and its hard shopping sometimes especially online

  40. Sara on January 4, 2022 at 4:55 pm

I would advise you not to wear pointed shoes often. It may elongate your figure but you can develop bunions and that’s not fun 😃

Heels are a life saver. I’m 5’1 but my mom is 4’10 and when she was my age she lived in heels. My feet are a little smaller than hers but I can still fit her heels so we share.😊

Love these tips BUT oversized bags are a must for those of us that live in commuter/public transit cities (e.g. NY) that don’t have cars and need to carry everything with us for the day.
