I’ve found the best way to have sustainable fashion when you don’t have the $$$ is a locally owned thrift store. Money goes directly back to the community (there is one in my town that is set up solely to buy school supplies for kids in need) plus everything you buy goes into a second use.

  5. Ana Regina Coronado on July 5, 2021 at 2:03 am

Thank you for this video, unfortunately I just checked a couple of those brands and I can not afford anything jajaja, so I’ll just stick to thrift and lower my consumption in clothes.

  6. Sun Light on July 5, 2021 at 2:04 am

  8. Meena J on July 5, 2021 at 2:07 am

This video was everything. U touched everything perfectly. I now shop sustainably but it is such a privilege to. On top of that, it’s incredibly important to support brands that cares about human rights and are POC owned!

  9. Kemille Greene on July 5, 2021 at 2:07 am

  10. Adriana Veloso on July 5, 2021 at 2:08 am

  11. Meena S on July 5, 2021 at 2:13 am

I want to be more sustainable I am in aspects of my like such as skincare/make up (don’t wear that much anyways) and cleaning supplies and food however I’m having a really hard time with clothing. I still like brands like UO, free people and anthro but I can’t find any sustainable clothes that suit my style I don’t want to be seen as a hypocrite but ik I’m doing more than the average person. Would I seem like a bad person if I still shopped at those brands periodically I do buy some clothes from sustainable shops but not all?

  39. 93z on July 5, 2021 at 2:45 am

this is such a lovely and informative video! also, can i just say how refreshing it is to hear a youtuber/influencer say the words "i don’t need new jewelry" and acknowledging that sustainability/sustainable fashion is truly a privilege. your videos are so thoughtful and i enjoy watching (and learning from) them!!

  40. Sun Light on July 5, 2021 at 2:46 am

Thank you sooooo much for creating this. I keep coming back to it. I definitely want to show my appreciation financially. Might be a bit slow to do so but I’ve been following you for a while and you’ve really really put the work in. I love your aesthetic. You’ve also contributed to my fitness journey. If I haven’t recommended Sadhguru’s upa yoga and kriya meditation which are both available free online I would like to recommend them in case they are helpful for your wellbeing. I started doing them late in 2020 and it’s been really helpful. This is my small way to give back to you. I hope it’s helpful to you too! 🤗

  41. Laia González on July 5, 2021 at 2:48 am
