Top 9 Fashion Trends of the 70s

Top 9 Fashion Trends of the 70s

Hi guys!! In today’s vid I’m going to be counting through the top 9 style trends of the 70s. I honestly love some of these trends so much, so I was really excited to do this vid πŸ™‚

I tried and tried to thing of 10 trends but the 10th one just wouldn’t come out! Then after I finished I realized I should’ve mentioned psychedelic patterns (yes, I know, it’s such an obvious trend). Hehe, well, I tried XD

Thanks for watching!!!!!

A good summary of the era! It is funny to see how fashion keeps recycling and coming in and out of style. A few years ago the 70’s were so popular and now the 1980s and 1990s have become popular again too.

I feel like a large part of the reason androgyny came about in the 70s was because of the terrible economy, and a push towards uniformity that you can see had a huge influence in the 80s with all the bland boxy clothing.

Very nice video as always and you look amazing as always! It’s fun to look at the different fashion trends of the past decades. I noticed that certain styles come back in the present but kind of what you could call "the theme park version". For example, I noticed the 90’s fashion trends coming back but the different sub-eras at once and mostly the most popular. Which honestly can create a somewhat cool mix-and-match effect that’s occasionally better than the actual trends of the time.
