We are doing things or I should say business is for $ € Β£ Β₯.. I agree we are damaging ourselves
My sandles are Indian and are far superior to the chinese option in same shop.
True story, my sister bought a cabinet from china. It had strange smell, couple of days later she had dept of agriculture have a look and they condemned.
The smell was pesticide but cabinet was still infested with bugs from china.
    God Bless Sadhguru.

Polyester is not good in under garments, night gowns or pajamas for the elderly and dying. Please dispose of any polyester or nylon blend fabrics. This fabric is not practical to be next to the skin that is constantly changing temperatures from fevers or night sweats. Fabric for the elderly, sick and dying should be kept light weight, heavier blankets should be added for warmth, not heavier garments. Please, my mother was a nurse and I have talked to hospice care nurses. These fabrics should not be allowed around high risk individuals. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It’s because of this so called fashion that is leading to a high level of textile waste on this planet. Indian costumes were there for ages but little changes to the designs over time.. But the same can’t be said of western apparel.

  11. Yash Choudhary on May 12, 2022 at 7:43 pm

That why traditional people always wore natural cloth materials.

I am who I am, they say I’m autistic, my son as well, yet, my son requires no admiration from others, he reminds me of a guru really, he’s the most enlightened person I’ve ever met.. remember, "once you think you know something, you know nothing at all"-Sadguru

  24. Avmedic on May 12, 2022 at 7:51 pm

He is correct, every time we drink water or anything out of a plastic bottle (even bpa free, as other "safe" plastics are no better than bpa), we ingest plastic that affects EVERY system of our body, and its persistant and accumulates. Everyone, when tested, will show it in their blood & tissue. It affects our adrenal system, digestive, etc, etc.

  34. P Bina Raj on May 12, 2022 at 8:08 pm

Omg this is soo true. I have observed but ignored. Ignorance in these kind of issue is dangerous. I generally buy cotton and nylon but due to living in cold place, we use polyfiber jackets or faux fur which is an imitation. I do not support killing animals for fur or warm clothes

Namaskar, is there any way or possibility I can bring the idea of organic fabric to a third world country? And import it from a certain sorce (India or anywhere that has this industry). I dream of spreading Sadguru valuable insights, and I have an enormous passion for this, in spite of my shoestring budget.
    Thanks in advance.
